Your point about the...Tim - good post on the PDCA. Your point about the cycle being continuous is a great one. It can be easy to miss the opportunity for continuous improvement if you are not careful. I was working with a team in a food plant last year and had just trained them on the PDCA. We were following up on a new procedure implemented by the operators to make sure it was working as intended which it was. It would have been easy to say great! Good job! Let's move on the the next issue. Frankly, I was ready to do just that while keeping an eye this to make sure the results keep coming.
