My Experience with the Respect for People Roadmap

I had the opportunity to go through the Respect for People Roadmap myself last year, and I found the learning model to be highly effective and refreshingly different from most traditional training programs. The combination of short, focused learning modules with structured reflection and live cohort discussions made the learning practical and memorable.

The March cohort begins on March 26, 2026, and runs for approximately ten weeks, thoughtfully designed to fit alongside your regular work responsibilities. The April cohort begins on April 21, 2026, and runs for approximately ten weeks.

  • Six live virtual cohort sessions (“Roadside Reflections”), each 90 minutes, focused on dialogue, reflection, and shared learning
  • Self-paced micro-learning that reinforces key concepts between live sessions
  • Peer learning and facilitated discussions that make this a shared journey rather than an isolated training experience
