I’m honored that my article, “Debunking Six Common Misconceptions of Standardized Work,” was recognized by Quality Magazine as the #1 most-read article of Q2 2026.
Thank you to the team at Quality Magazine for producing this highlight video and, more importantly, to everyone who took the time to read, share, and discuss the article.
Standardized Work is one of the most misunderstood concepts in Lean. Too often it’s viewed as rigid documentation or a tool that limits creativity, when in reality it provides the stable foundation that enables continuous improvement, problem solving, safety, quality, and innovation.
It’s encouraging to see so much interest in this topic. I hope the article continues to help organizations move beyond the misconceptions and embrace Standardized Work as a powerful leadership and improvement practice.
Thank you again for your support!
